A Vacancy has arisen for Health Visitor Band 6 to work in Cwm Taf University Health Board (CMTUHB) based in Aberdare Health Centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Health Visitor who is motivated with excellent clinical skills with a pro-active approach to evidence based practice. A team player displaying excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to embrace new challenges. A good communicator, who displays innovative ideas, dynamic and supportive to the service and team.
you will be expected to hold a SCPHN qualification or be imminently awaiting a successful result.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post
