An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic innovative CAMHS Senior Nurse Manager for the Cardiff and Vale areas.
The successful candidate will work as a key member of the Locality Management Team, and will lead on all operational and professional issues for the nursing team. The post holder will be responsible for the professional development of the nursing team, and Governance within the allocated areas.
The post holder will need to be clinically credible and will need to demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise and leadership skills.
There is a significant requirement to engage in multi-agency partnership work, both in the planning and the delivery of the above services and as such the successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience and skills in partnership and strategic work.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post
