An exciting opportunity for a specialist nurse to work in Cardiff CITT team has arisen. This service provides a highly specialist service to young people and their families who require a tier 3-4 service.
The post holder will work within a multi-disciplinary team and will carry out comprehensive assessments of need and risk. The post holder will work autonomously with young people in the community adhering to treatment packages developed by the team.
We are looking for a highly motivated person with experience working in CAMHS. The successful candidate will have effective interpersonal and communication skills and will be able to work effectively under pressure The post holder will support and mentor other members of the CIT team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
