An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Acute Adult Mental Health Inpatient Service for 8 Band 3 HCA's to join our teams across the unit - this includes our Admission, Treatment and Psychiatric Intensive Care Wards.
We are looking for highly motivated and capable persons ,with experience in working within mental health. As these posts are at a band 3 role, we will be looking for applicants that are either existing band 3's or current band 2 HCSW's that can demonstrate that they have the relevant experience.
As a band 3 HCSW you would assist the qualified nurses in the holistic assessment and delivering care and treatment packages to those individuals who require hospital admission.
The successful candidates will have effective interpersonal and communication skills and will be able to work effectively under pressure.
The successful candidate must have the ability to work the desired shift patterns to meet the needs of the service. They must be a good team player with an ability to manage their time effectively.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
