We are looking for a looking for an experienced emergency nurse with post registration experience as a Band 6 in emergency care. This individual will have a clear track record of enthusiasm, drive and a commitment to improving the experience of people using our services. The post holder will support the current A&E department manager and the senior nurse in ensuring the highest standard of nursing care is provided, monitored and evaluated.

You will be someone who has change management skills and demonstrates a high level of committed to seeing plans through within agreed timescales. You will be a team player and have the skills to rapidly develop effective leadership of an established nursing team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
