An opportunity has arisen to recruit a full time and part time Band 7 Bed Manager into our Patient Flow team. The individual must have appropriate experience within the acute services, discharge planning and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
The successful candidate must have the ability to work under pressure, remain calm and have the ability to negotiate with members of the multidisciplinary team and de escalate difficult situations. Excellent leadership skills are paramount for this role.
The individual must possess IT skills in order that the electronic reporting systems are completed regularly throughout the day.
There must be evidence of ongoing professional development.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
