Locum Consultant Paediatrician with an interest in Neonates
Initially based at Royal Glamorgan Hospital Applications are invited for this Locum Consultant post.
The successful candidate will participate in a 1:7 Consultant on call rota.There is also a resident element covering the Tier 2 rota also on a 1:7 basis.
Exciting new changes are taking place within our University Health Board. As a consequence of these changes the Health Board will be centralising both the acute paediatric inpatient unit and Neonatal Unit on the Prince Charles Hospital site in the Autumn of 2018.
There will be a Consultant led Paediatric Assessment Unit on the Royal Glamorgan site. Both Hospitals are situated north of Cardiff, with good transport links and accessiblity to the M4 on a green belt site. They are located in an ideal position for both the attractions of a city but also open countryside, Brecon Beacons and coastal areas. In view of recent changes to Home Office immigration regulations all applicants must state their current immigration status, including expiry date.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
