We are looking for a Healthcare Support Worker to join our Pre-Assessment team in the Royal Glamorgan Hospital.  You will contribute to the provision of surgical pre-assessment services by providing direct support to the nursing/medical team responsible for patient care.  You will undertake, according to guidelines/policies/procedures, specific interventions for patients as instructed by members of the medical and nursing team.

You will be joining a friendly team in a busy environment and as such you will possess excellent time management and communication skills, be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team or alone, and will be diplomatic and empathetic in your approach to patient care.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
