An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Dermatology Service in Cwm Taf University Health Board for an experienced CNS for Skin Cancer. The post holder will be expected to effectively deliver an expert nursing service within Dermatology and act as Keyworker for skin cancer patients.
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to bring their expertise to this specialty supported by two Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialists and a supportive clinical team.
The role includes effectively running nurse led clinics supported by independent prescribing and ensuring that patients and their families are fully informed and supported by acting as the Keyworker and providing expert clinical interventions .
Significant experience within a dermatology /skin cancer setting is essential. The candidate will be able to demonstrate a keen interest and proven track record of personal and professional development within Dermatology.
