Advert 8a Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner [Community Hospitals]
We are looking for an inspiring, self-motivated and a pro-active nurse practitioner to join our Community Hospital team in Cwm Taf UHB.
In this role, you will take the lead responsibility for the development of advance clinical nursing practice working alongside Medical and Nursing colleagues across two community hospitals sites.
We are looking for an individual with considerable knowledge and experience who is able to operate across a range of patient complexities and lead nurse admissions and discharges.
You will have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build relationships at all levels and evidence of being influential with Senior Clinicians and Clinical teams.
Ability to speak welsh is desirable.
