A truly exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative, dynamic and motivated nurse with strong leadership qualities to join the Locality Management Team and enthusiastically lead the District Nursing Service for the Rhondda & Taff Ely Localities.

You will be required to demonstrate a strong desire to deliver truly exemplary care to our patients in the community setting. Proven knowledge and experience of delivering and managing community nursing services is essential as is excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a highly flexible approach. The successful candidate will be very forward thinking and have a demonstrable passion for service development, improvement and innovation as well as thorough commitment to partnership working.

Primarily based within the Primary Care & Localities Directorate you will be required to work right across Cwm Taf University Health Board and with our partners from the Local Authority, Third Sector and the University of South Wales.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
