We are looking for an enthusiastic registered nurse to join our nursing team. The post holder will be required to work across a range of care settings including acute and community hospital sites, Care Homes, GP Practices, and within patients’ homes as defined by the Team Leader. The post will be Monday - Friday and the hours will be defined by the needs of the service but will be predominantly be within the hours of 8.30am – 4.30pm /9am - 5pm.

The post holder will provide specialist Parkinson’s nursing knowledge, skills and competence in developing and maintaining the provision of the specialist nursing service to patients within the Health Board. This exciting opportunity will also provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to develop further within the service.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post
