We pleased to be able to advertise the post of Clinical Nurse Specialist within our Memory services. The role incorporates early assessment of dementia as part of a multidisciplinary memory clinic team, and providing expert advice and specialist nursing knowledge to patients with dementia, and to their carers. We are looking for a enthusiastic individual who is forward thinking and innovative to under take this exciting position, and someone who can adapt to the changing needs of the service.
The post holder will function as an autonomous practitioner working independently of and in conjunction with other members of the Primary Mental Health and memory clinic multidisciplinary team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
