Band 7 Health Visiting Team Leader, 37.5 hours
Base: Ystrad Clinic
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Health Visiting Team Leader within Cwm Taf University Health Board.
Reporting to the Senior Nurse for Health Visiting, the post holder as well as holding a SCPHN qualification will be a dynamic and motivated individual who is able to support an effective and efficient service. The post holder will possess excellent clinical skills with a proactive approach to evidence based practice. In addition to these attributes it is essential that you display excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The post holder will also display leadership skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously where appropriate.
The successful candidate will receive continuing professional development through appropriate regular training and education as well as regular appraisals.
Able to travel to undertake the duties of the post at various locations is essential part of the post.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
